Raitha


This is a very Easy and Health recipe, usually used as a side dish for Rice bhaths,chapathi and Rotti.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Fresh curd/Yogart
1/2 cup Milk/Water
2 finely sliced onions
2 chopped Tomatoes
2 finely chopped chillies or red chilly powder
1/2 Cup grated Coconut
2 Tsp Chopped coriander
1/2 Tsp Sugar
salt as per taste

Method:

1) Take a Bowl and add Fresh curd/Yogart,Milk/Water,sliced onions,chopped Tomatoes chopped chillies or red chilly powder,grated Coconut,
Chopped coriander, Sugar,salt and mix nicely
2) Healthy Curd Raitha ready to serve.
