This is one of the most healthy snack rich in iron content, increases Haemoglobin and tasty as well.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Roasted Shenga / Ground nuts / Peanuts ,
1+1/2 Cup Sticky Jaggery(Jigatu Bella),
1 Tsp Cardimom Powder
1 Cup water
Method:
1)Take a heavy bottom Vessel add one cup water, 1+1/2 cup Jaggery and start heating until it melts and starts boiling, keep stirring occasionally.
2)We need to boil the syrup till we get right consistency which can be checked as follows : Take a small bowl with water in it,
and when you drop the syrup it should form a ball and float on top or when the syrup is stretched in between the thumb and the forefinger should give strings.
3)Now add the syrup to the peanuts and cardimom powder mix well and Prepare undi or laddu while the mixture is hot by applying cold water to the palms.
